I began my search for a home during New year's 2022. Josh got me in to look at a property on the Sunday of that holiday weekend. He was available within a couple hours, willing to work when many others were not. I instantly gained respect for him for trekking through the snow. Without writing a novel, this was only the first of many more showings (and several properties) that he was there before me and ready for a walk through. Josh has a very impressive approach at looking at a property. One of the traits I admired most was that he was looking out for me during the process. Every property had its pros and cons, but he brings a lot of experience and is grounded in the market and surrounding property values. He also brought a very calm and understanding approach to some challenges that were thrown during the offer process. This is really where he spent a lot of time for me. Needless to say he handled endless amounts of communication between the seller's agent and my lender over the course of a few months to ensure we got everything filed correctly. I didn't expect it would be so well deserved. Josh is a great guy. If you're leary of "sales people" or have other concerns in how to get into the market, you'll be in good hands with Josh's help. -from someone who doesn't hire many people for help.
