Christie Bergman

Christie is an all-star. My wife and I didn't make it easy on her. We were moving to Sherwood Park and we had 1 day to come up and look at homes. From the background work to finding us homes, to the way she walks through the home with a client, watching for personal responses and feelings she crushed it. We didn't waste time in homes we knew right away were not right, and by 9pm that night we had signed on our home. (all of this while the market was extremely busy and moving very fast) She is all about her clients, and we felt extremely cared for in her hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the homes and If I were asked to refer a realtor going forward in the future, it would be Christie hands down.

I first met Christie when I needed to sell my house because of my divorce. At that time, Christie told me when I was ready to purchase again I should call her. 5 years later, I was ready. What I love about dealing with Christie is that she arms herself with knowledge and understanding of her clients before you shop. It took 1 day of looking for our perfect home before we made an offer because she knew what we really needed and wanted in a home. She also surrounds herself with other professionals to help with all needs when purchasing. I can't say enough about Christie! We recommend her services to everyone we know and our daughter and son-in-law purchased their first home with Christie's help. She will always be the first person we call when buying or selling!

We weren't really sure what we were looking for, other than downsizing and had very little time to decide, Christie was fantastic in putting together ideas of what we both thought were important and then spent a lot of time and effort showing us a whole range of price and amenity options on a whirlwind tour of the whole South side. She was awesome and helped us find a place that has made us both extremely happy. Well other than the fact she wont let us use her office for storage. 25 yrs and 3 kids later, we have a lot of crap to sort through.She did the same excellent job with my Daughter and Son and law, and we readily recommend her to all.

When I was looking for my home, Christie sat down with me to go over not just the financial aspects but what I really wanted. She researched a wide variety of properties that ticked my boxes and narrowed the field for me so the process didn't become too overwhelming. It really was due to her work before even showing me a single house that makes her standout and the only reason we found the perfect house on the first day out! I really wouldn't ever use anyone else. Once you have had the best, you really can't go back to the rest.

Christie helped us buy our first investment property. She really helped us understand the finances and the return we could get with the properties we were most interested in. It was a long process with us and through out the whole process Christie was awesome. She is really there for you during the whole process and after. I know that even though it's been a few years if I have any questions about my investment, she's there for me. She has also helped my in-laws find their home. When it comes time to purchase our next investment, or to move, Christie will be who I call and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
