Chris was knowledgeable, helpful, realistic, reasonable, and honest. She knew the market and helped us come to a great list price (MUCH higher than we anticipated). Chris moved on our listing VERY fast! We got several offers within the first few days and ended up selling at list price! Despite having many other clients, Chris made my wife and I feel like our home was her priority. We really didn't expect such a positive experience. Chris was great and we HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor.
