If you are looking for a hard-working, honest and helpful relator, I highly recommend Chuck Buckingham. I had already started moving to another state and was able to be in town only for 5 days to interview relators and get my home on the market. Sunday night when I got to town, I interviewed Chuck and another relator and liked what I heard from Chuck so I hired him. He jumped right in knowing I had very little time to work. He lined up a painting crew for me to start work the next morning painting every room in my 4 bed 2 bath house and gave me reliable people to call to get other things fixed: a handy man, a tile and carpet cleaning crew, house cleaners, a tile painter, electrician, and home staging company. By Friday, the house was sparkling and as I left town, the stagers were moving in. That night he had a professional photographer take pictures and he set the first open house for Saturday.
