Cindy Gavrilov

Vince McLaughlin is the Broker and Chief Executive Officer at Vinipote Real Estate Services. Vince has been a practicing attorney in California for 36 years and, from 1999 to 2017, served as the full-time general counsel for a Sacramento-based construction and real estate development firm. From 2005 to 2017, Vince served as the broker/officer for the affiliated commercial real estate brokerage.

Vince has extensive experience acting as a broker in both commercial and residential transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. He uses his legal knowledge to ensure that all real estate agreements accurately reflect the intent of the parties and that transactions are processed efficiently and successfully.

Vince has also acted as the property manager for commercial real estate and investment properties. He understands and implements property management transactions from an owner’s perspective.

Vince graduated from Columbia University in 1979 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and received his J.D. in 1982 from the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law. Since 2002, Vince has held leadership positions with the Columbia University Alumni.
