I was receiving listings from Jessica Hamel and Clayton McNally's office. They had customized my search, so I would only receive the listings that met my criteria. When my son was looking for a place, I decided that since I was using their service to view properties for myself, it was only right that I contact their office to view and ultimately make the purchase.

Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating. Jessica set up the home inspection and made the whole buying experience a lot easier.

The timeline was so tight and Jessica either set things up or let us know what we needed to do and by when it needed to be done.

Completely satisfied and will recommend their services to anyone we know.

The motivation and enthusiasm when they saw our house, gave us a strong reason to ask them to sell our house.

Very efficient and Jessica answers text messages really quick despite she has more clients, she made us feel we were a priority.

It was easy and straight forward working with them.

Worked with Claytan to purchase the same house I was about to sell, had an excellent time then, also had referred a colleague who shared the same experience, so choosing Claytan was a no brainer. This time Jessica was also involved and I have excellent things to say about her as well. Selling was seamless and happened in the exact timeframe I was hoping. Communication was always prompt and clear, with all questions answered right away. Would go with these two again in a heartbeat

Besides being referred to by a colleague, Clayton was the most responsive to our initial e-Mails, and we found that indicative of the future relationship

Clayton was exceptional in helping us purchase a property for our parents while we are in Vancouver. He was constantly responsive to all and any requests regardless of the time or day of the week. He was very accommodating to our unique needs, and “held multiple hands” through the process. He was also able to provide referrals in regards to Lawyers, contractors, and inspectors, and acted as a conduit between us.

Working in the financial industry as a Senior Manager, I think I understand the complexities involved in the process here, which can cause a great deal of stress. Clayton seamlessly removed those complexities and stresses. Furthermore, as we were purchasing a home for an elderly couple as their final residence, he was careful to take into consideration their needs as well as ours. Come Christmas this year, our parents are going to get a Christmas surprise that would not have been possible without Clayton.

My partner and I were forced into a bit of a difficult situation and Jess understood the time crunch we had. She was extremely reliable, and available whenever we needed her. I am privileged enough to personally know Jessica, and I feel lucky that I didn’t have to search for the perfect agent. She just fell right into my lap and I’m very grateful for that! She got us into our first owned home together and we are very excited! I highly recommend this team!

We are relocating to Saskatoon from B.C. and only had a couple of days to view property. Jessica became our eyes after we left to investigate properties not seen by us on our initial visit. She found what we wanted, took pictures and videos to reinforce the presentation from developer. This was a very good experience.

Working with Jessica and Clayton was amazing. We are moving from Regina so having to drive back and forth from Saskatoon a lot is/was not really an option. Jessica was so prompt on booking showings for the list of houses (which was a lot in a very short period of time) that we wanted to look at, prompt at letting us know if any were no longer available and suggesting other locations to look. Her knowledge of the city is excellent. We told her exactly what we wanted and she was honest about all the locations we were seeing and provided great ideas and suggestions. They were also so patient with us and our schedules and answered all questions so promptly.

We most definitely would refer Jessica and Clayton to anyone looking for houses in Saskatoon, because they were just such a pleasure to work with.

Jessica is AMAZING - I have met countless agents over the years and she is far and away the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We started looking for a house a few years ago. We had a lot of hopes and dreams and Clayton was excited to help us along and even made the process fun no matter how many houses we made him go see!
