Jessica was amazing when it came to writing up the contracts! Her attention to detail saved us on a few things. There were so many extra pieces to handle with an out of province buyer, but she was constantly on top of everything and everyone. I cannot praise her enough!!

Jessica's patience and professionalism through the different offers was outstanding! Because of her brilliant attitude and hard work, an endeavour that initially seemed so daunting and overwhelming became a fun adventure. We could not have asked for a better guide on this journey! From advice on what to look for in lawyers and inspectors, to how to deal with mortgage brokers and the standards for timelines. She was never ever pushy and honestly listened to our needs. We will recommend her to anyone we know who's looking for a realtor!

We enjoyed and happy to work with Jessica helping us to purchase our first home in Canada. It was a wonderful experience going house hunting with Jessica. She never cancel any set up appointments and always on time with her beautiful smile as always. She continuously has best approach to explaining things in details giving us tips and ideas that help us though our search for the house. Clayton walk us through home inspection results in detail from roof to bottom explaining things in details. We met him that day and we felt like we had known him for years.
