I can't say enought great things about Cliffeton Green... As a broker she was on top of every part of the negotiation. She has been a broker in the Hamptons for quite a few years and knows the market in and out. Very very savy about the market and the location and the process. She is your go to person when it comes to a broker who will help you get through the process of buying and selling. I can't say enough great things about how she helped me get through the ordeal of selling my home. I live on the west coast and really couldn't spend a lot of time there packing up and dissolving 20 years worth of stuff. She helped me get through the process... Something I dreaded and stayed awake nights thinking about. She also helped with all the little things you don't really think about or know you need to think about, quite a competent professional. Real estate in the Hampton's is quite competitive, you really need someone who will have your back, Cliffeton is your broker. 5 stars across the board..intelligent, honest, and always on top of things.

Cliffeton showed me and my husband over 30 houses in the Hamptons before we decided on one. She was extremely knowledgeable about each area and very patient during the entire process. A few years later, we decided to sell in the Hamptons and we asked Cliffeton to list it. It sold quickly and at a price that we were very happy with. Negotiations were a breeze and the entire process was stress free. She even helped us arrange for an estate sale for the items we were not taking with us. Cliffeton is also very funny and personable, which is nice when you are driving around in a car with someone for days! I highly recommend her and would absolutely not use anyone else.
