As a first-time homebuyer, Cindy was easy to work with and very much a trusted advisor throughout the entire process. She’s a straight-shooter all the way. Her Type A personality means she will fight to get you the best deal with the best terms possible. She won’t try to sell you every house you walk into. In fact, we really liked her perspective that most houses sell (or don’t sell) themselves and she instead lets you get a feel for a house yourself first before providing her thoughts. She’s not afraid to tell you all the negatives about a house. She really wants to make sure you find the right house for you. We fell in love with the first house we saw, and ultimately purchased it, but Cindy was insistent that we at least take a day to view other houses. I’m glad we did, if only to confirm that we truly wanted the original house and be confident in our decision. She answered all of our questions with knowledgeable answers and went above and beyond to have things done for us in a timely manner.
