Dakota grew up on a ranch in rural Oregon, where he learned the importance of hard work and taking pride in property at a very young age. He moved to the Eugene/Springfield area in 2010 to attend college and work in a blue-collar industry. His long-term interest in the real estate industry made his decision to obtain his real estate license an easy one. Through personal experience, Dakota has developed a thorough understanding of the rental market and other real estate investment opportunities. When he’s not on the job, Dakota enjoys staying active in local sports leagues and spending time with his wife and two children.
