Dan was the best realtor that I could ask for! From helping me find the perfect lender, to finding the perfect home for my family and I he was there every step of the way. Dan was quick to respond to text and phone calls as well as properties I wanted to look at. I will forever use Dan as my realtor as well as sending friends and family to him!

Dan was very responsive in communicating with us and flexible with our schedules to meet and tour potential homes. He gave honest feedback about the market and specific properties. Dan was a real pleasure to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and looked for opportunities to take the burden of home buying off of our shoulders. His active assistance with the sellers, contractors, and loan officers was critical to make our purchase happen and at a price we wanted because it was a contingency purchase based on the sale of our house in another state. I can't think of a better experience I've had with a realtor than with Dan, and this is the fifth property I've purchased.
