I’m Daniella Ochoa, REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Augusta River Region and surrounding communities in Georgia and South Carolina.

As a U.S. Army Veteran and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I understand firsthand the unique challenges that can come with relocating, purchasing a home while serving, and navigating the VA homebuying process. I enjoy helping military families, first-time homebuyers, relocating clients, investors, and sellers make informed real estate decisions with confidence.

My approach to real estate is personal, detailed, and client-focused. I believe buying or selling a home should never feel like just another transaction. I take the time to understand my clients’ goals, explain the process clearly, communicate consistently, and advocate for their best interests from our first conversation through closing.

In addition to my real estate experience, I hold an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations. My background in finance, human resources, project management, and military leadership has strengthened my ability to negotiate, problem-solve, coordinate complex transactions, and help clients evaluate their options from both a financial and practical perspective.

I am licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina and especially enjoy serving the Augusta, Grovetown, Martinez, Evans, North Augusta, and surrounding areas.
