Over my 40-year career, I’ve worked as a buyer’s specialist, listing specialist, luxury home marketing professional, distressed property specialist, and seniors real estate specialist. My experience also includes serving as a new home sales manager and marketing consultant for Southern California home builders. That broad background helps me understand each transaction from multiple perspectives, anticipate challenges, and negotiate effectively on my clients’ behalf.

Beyond real estate, I’m a husband, father, grandfather, and Navy veteran. I play bass guitar on the Life Bible Fellowship Church worship team and with my classic rock band, Artificially Hip. I love traveling with my wife, Lola, spending time with our three grown children, and looking after our four grandchildren.
