Kristin literally did everything for us in both the buying and selling process (and beyond). I'm not sure that we could have accomplished what we did with anyone else. A example was for our Estate Sale, Kristin volunteered a full Saturday helping with the sale. She didn’t have to go that, but graciously did.
And, for each sale step whether dealing with the buyer or Escrow, she was always available to answer my questions.
Working with her from another state, we would have live interactions and then virtual meetings when I was home. Her consistent communication allowed me to be at ease throughout the entire process.

Kristin is the best realtor she works hard and diligently. She clarifies and breaks down and information that we might not have as a first time homeowner.
