I worked with David during my relocation back to New Brunswick from Ontario. I am a first time home buyer and had very limited knowledge or experience with hose shopping and what to look for. I found David extremely helpful with explaining the process and effectively holding my hand every step of the way. He was so informative during the house visits and pointing out various aspects to pay attention to, giving me realistic expectations and advice on each house that we went to see - what may get caught up in an inspection or may require my attention within the first few years if I purchased. I felt picky with what I wanted and David was beyond patient and thorough to help me find just what I wanted. While I ended up getting a job opportunity during my house search that took me to another city outside of David’s area of service, and ultimately wasn’t able to find my home with David, he made sure I was set up in the new city with another realtor and checked in with me often.

David was great to deal with in every aspect. Very professional, courteous/knowledgeable……and has a great sense of humour also! He helped me purchase and sell a home in the past as well. And when I was looking for a new home this time he responded to me and made arrangements for viewings very rapidly and with very little notice on my part. I highly recommend him!
