Deanna Bone is an Associate Broker and CEO/Team Leader of the Southwest Home Team. She began her real estate career with one of Arizona's most popular new home builders, Continental Homes. After working for six rewarding years with them, she transitioned into the resale market, creating a business based on core values and ensuring that "excellence" is her minimum standard. Within a few short years, Deanna's education and dedication transformed her business into one built on referrals, where she now personally averages four closed transactions each month.

Deanna has taken all her knowledge and drive to help her agents reach the same level of excellence by becoming a coach with one of Arizona's top real estate brokerages in the Valley. Within the first year as a coach, the agents in the program achieved the highest group production under her guidance, while Deanna herself earned the status of top producer and was inducted into the brokerage's Platinum Club.
