Debbie Martin

Debbie Martin is a consistent top-producing broker with over 20 years of experience (licensed since 2000) in Gloucester and York County, as well as the Peninsula Cities of Williamsburg and Newport News. She represents both home buyers and sellers, including waterfront homes and military family relocations. Debbie was also named one of the Top 300 Real Producers for the Virginia Peninsula again in 2024.

Debbie is an associate broker with NextHome Coast to Country Real Estate, a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR), and ePro Certified (ePro).

Having been a resident of Gloucester Point for 22 years, Debbie enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with her children, walking her Standard Poodle "Sterling," and visiting as many beaches as possible when away from the office. She also serves on the Gloucester/Mathews Free Clinic Fundraising Committee and has been active in pet rescue.
