Deb Brown is the most competent, driven, and wonderful realtor I have ever worked with. To say that she went above and beyond while helping me sell my home is an understatement.

I had a horrible experience when I first tried to sell my house in 2011. The realtor I worked with made me question using realtors altogether. Then a family friend from the Chicago area who has been a realtor for decades did some investigating and called and interviewed some realtors in Raleigh to find me one that she knew she could recommend. That's how I first met Deb!

Go forward in time to when the market allowed for a quick sale of my home--in 2015 Deb was even better than she'd been in 2011. Trying to get a home in shape to put on the market from a remote location could have been very stressful, but with Deb everything was great because she handled it personally. She has a handyman she recommends, a painter, a cleaner, and a carpet cleaner, and all did amazing work for very reasonable prices. Her stager made my place look warm and welcoming even though it was empty. And Deb had my back anytime I needed it.
