Debbie Fisher (Tree City Realty) was an absolute godsend in selling my mother’s home. Dealing with an inherited property while grieving is incredibly difficult, but Debbie Fisher handled everything with immense compassion, patience, and professional expertise. She went above and beyond to help with getting the home prepared and cleaned out, turning a stressful situation into a seamless, positive experience. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and guidance, and I highly recommend her to anyone in a similar position or to those who need a very knowledgeable real estate agent in McMinnville, Middle Tennessee. She was wonderful!!

I never ever have had a no show, no call from an agent until Deborah Fisher.

The owner of the home was there & invited me inside. After 40 minutes passed Deborah still has not arrived so I left. Later in the day a text appeared saying she would be arriving in about 10 minutes. I thought there was a chance of a misunderstanding on our appointment. So I replied & explained I had seen the home & left. When she replied she has a couple of excuses about getting lost & a grandchild that had an ear problem. Emergencies happen that is understandable. Although No effort was made to contact me. Nor was there an apology. She lacks professionalism & certainly wouldn't want her to have my back in any home purchase process!

I had a small piece of property that was left to me from my mother. It had been on the market probably 8 years with no hits at all. When I contacted Vicki she had it sold within a year.. She had it sold not only what I was asking for it but quite a bit of what it was appraised at. Would refer Miss Benedict to anybody that needs help selling property, especially if you're in the dark about it like I was
