I reached out to Brad a few years ago about the sell & purchase of a home. He was well versed with my neighorhood. We looked at other houses, but ultimately decided to stay in Christiana. However, as time continued on, I stayed in contact with him in regards to the market of the neighborhood. Knowing I wasn't ready to sell, he was patient and professional in answering my questions and not abandonig me like some other agents might have.

Fast forward to current day and it was a very seamless process to put my house on the market and to get it sold. Did not take long at all. Lots of creativeness was involved and I apprecaite that. Even had an issue with the Title Company and Brad took care of it though it was not his obligation or responbility.
