Brad was a blessing to my wife and I. We are not from Tennessee so the knowledge that Brad had about the area and how different counties have different outlooks on growth and devolopement within the counties that we looked was very helpful. His knowledge of what home inspections consist of and how to identify red ticket items and things that lenderrs could request to be done prior to closing was also helpful. There was never a time that Brad wasn't available to show my wife and I a propery that was a potential. That included weekends and weekdays. I hjave always heard that purchasing a home was a long drawn out process that was difficult. Let's just say, if I had known that it would have been this easy with Brad, we would have been homeowners long before 2026! This man made it so easy and helped us every step of the way. He never left us with a sense of not knowing and for that I am truly greatful for this man. I would definetly reccomend Brad to anyone in Tennessee!

From day one of the process of searching for a home for my wife and I, Brad was top notch. He was very willing to show us whatever property that we wanted to view whether it was a weekday or a weekend. He knew his stuff as well. My wife and I had no knowledge of homebuying and Brad explained everything down to the dotted line. In other words, he made it simple to understand and for that we are very thankful. He helped us to know how different counties have differents codes and laws that pertain to devolpment. Brad actually became a friend to us during this process.
