Delilah was fantastic at helping me find a great condo that stayed in budget and provided excellent advice. Once i found my condo, she worked tirelessly to communicate with the seller and help me file the appropriate forms early. Several times she would send me updates regarding the process or updated documents well after most people would have stopped working. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would.

Additionally, after my purchase Delilah has continued to help me by providing references to contractors that very quickly helped solve any issues that arose, such as my air conditioning breaking during this 100 degree hot summer. If you are looking to buy a home I cannot recommend Delilah enough.
