He showed us around numerous 55+ communities at our request. We decided on a new build in Victory at Verrado in Buckeye. We lived in CA during the contract signing. Dennis watched out for our interest and was invaluable during this process.
This build took over a year and had many twist and turns. Dennis professionally guided us through the build and stayed in constant contact with us and the builder.
