Dennisse Nieves did a great job selling my house, I asked her a couple of questions about house market in my area and in a couple of minutes she gave an estimate for my property one week later she came to my house gave some feedback of what I should do and I follow her advise, the house was in the market Friday and with a contract 4 days later while she was in California at a 21 Century seminar she was working on my sale.She is a responsible and awesome agent

From the time we met with Dennisse to the closing,she made this process a smooth and easy experience. Dennisse had a plan from the beginning and she executed it to perfection. She walks us through the process and was always there to answer questions. We did not stress or worry at any time. Her "pre-sale coming soon" advertisement got a number of buyers excited. The video and drone footage of our property and community made our house look unbelievable. We had four offers after day 1 that the house was on the market. She had 20 people in 2 hours at our open house.
