December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $410,000—up 5.4% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $410,000 in Hillsborough County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $419,000 in January.
Riverview had 116 new listings and 120 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 495—down 10.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
