Ruskin had 57 new listings and 50 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 231—down 8.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 231 active listings, 32.9% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Ruskin grew 9.52% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $345,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
