Team Whitner was phenomenal! This was my first time buying a home, and I had absolutely no idea how the process worked, but Derek was patient with answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. Derek Whitner was our realtor to sell our house in Acworth GA. HIs work was above and beyond. Since the interview, we noticed that he would be the right agent. He didn't diminish our house....he worked to highlight the positives of it. In 10 days we had a couple of offers for the price we asked. All paperwork ran smoothly.
