My experience with Dexter was a five star experience . He was thorough ,honest ,tough and realistic. He never mislead us and he seemed to be in control of the process at all times. When the negotiations started to get off track Dexter was able to bring them back. When something showed up on the home inspection that was not expected ,Dexter was able to explain what it was, what it meant , and severity of the issue .He then was able to negotiated a result that protected us ,but still allowed the deal to go through. He did this without ever putting pressure on us to buy the house. I would recommend Dexter to anyone looking to buy a home.
