I've never sold a house before, but Dick helped me through the process of selling my aunt's house so she could move into an assisted living facility. Dick showed a great deal of compassion and understanding as he has a family member living at the same facility, so his personal experience and understanding helped us immensely. Dick is very personable and professional. As I live in Maryland and my aunt lives in Virginia, his knowledge of the local market, as well as local contractors, and how to get things done, was a tremendous help to me.
