I had no idea how to sell a house. I had no idea what to do. Dunja told me not to worry, that was what she was there for. She took care of everything! If I didn’t understand something, she explained it, when we needed recommendations, she had them, when we got offers, she was excited for us! I would definitely recommend Dunja to sell your home!

Dunja was amazing, caring and very helpful. She was so knowledgeable about the area, the market and she answered all my questions day or night. I'm so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone buying. She truly made my first time home buying experience a great one.

Dunja was an amazing support for our journey of finding a house in New York. As we are from out of state, we had one weekend to look at houses and put an offer in on a new house. She was there for every step of the way, answered every question about the area. Such as schools, best restaurants to eat at, things to do, farmers markets, mom and pop shops. Even once we put an offer in on the house if we had a question about the house, the area, wanting to see the house again, and further questions about the house we were purchasing. She was always willing and able to help and it was extremely responsive. Thanks to Dunja to do we found the house of our dreams. She continues to check in on us and has been an amazing support as we move to a new area. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has and continues to do for us.

Honestly a great experience! She exceeded all of our needs, expectations and was able to sell our house for more than our asking price. I had a rather uncommon transaction that took about 6 months to complete. While it was trying at times, Dunja made sure we were on top of everything and really pushed to make the deal happen- and it did! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. The only reason I can not rate my experience as excellent is the finacial system used to return to me my initial earnest money deposit. Deluxe was used intially and it caused some issues for me. The issue was resolved but I dont think this portion of the service should be continued. I didnt enjoy receiving a check from a third party and do not think deluxe should be relied on in the future ro distribute client funds.
However, Dunja and Ashley were excellent in resolving my issue. As this was my wife and I first home buying experience, as a couple, Dunja worked hard to ensure we were comforted along the way. Her honesty helped me to plan and aided in my decison process.
I think the thing that I appreciate most about Dunja, is her willigness to view multiple homes in a moments notice. This helped us find the home of our dreams. Also, She has excellent people skills because I am not an easy person to get along with.
