Working with Dunja was an absolute blessing for our family. She spent over a year helping us look for our dream home and always kept our wish list in mind. We made sure to let her know that we wanted more space/land for our family and that staying in our home district was a top priority. She took all of our needs into consideration and made sure to give us exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge was extremely valuable from electrical and water heaters to flooring and general home systems, she consistently explained things in a way that made us feel informed and confident. Anytime we had questions about potential repairs for fixer uppers she gave us ballpark estimates and also recommended trusted professionals who could help, which we genuinely appreciated.

Dunja was an amazing support for our journey of finding a house in New York. As we are from out of state, we had one weekend to look at houses and put an offer in on a new house. She was there for every step of the way, answered every question about the area. Such as schools, best restaurants to eat at, things to do, farmers markets, mom and pop shops. Even once we put an offer in on the house if we had a question about the house, the area, wanting to see the house again, and further questions about the house we were purchasing. She was always willing and able to help and it was extremely responsive. Thanks to Dunja to do we found the house of our dreams. She continues to check in on us and has been an amazing support as we move to a new area. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has and continues to do for us.

Honestly a great experience! She exceeded all of our needs, expectations and was able to sell our house for more than our asking price.
