I was not looking to buy at this time so I had not done any research or preparation. I happened to see a home in an area I liked and that fit my budget and needs. My loan officer referred me to Dwayne and Felicia Brown. I contacted them around 2:00 and they met me at the property at 6:00 p.m. The offer was due the next day and accepted the following afternoon. Dwayne did the research and wrote an offer that was accepted. Since I had not done any research into buying a home Dwayne walked me through the process and educated me along the way since he has over 17 years experience as a realtor. Dwayne has been our realtor for over 15 years. My wife and I began our search for our first home in 2005. Dwayne was there for us every step of the way. Being a first time buyer the process of buying a home was confusing, different and a little bit intimidating.
