Elizabeth was great to work with. I found it very comforting her vast knowledge of real estate,lending programs, values and areas. She listened patiently to all of my wants and needs and found me my perfect home pretty quickly. I was also amaze at her negotiation skills when I bought my house for not only lower that asking price but also got me closing costs. And after inspection she also negotiated additional money for minor repairs. My experience as a first time home buyer was a positive one and it was all because of Elizabeth. I will certainly use her services again and recommend her to all of my friends and family

Elizabeth was great. Super easy to work with. Got things done when they mattered the most. Answered all my questions and concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and is a professional. Very client orientated and makes you feel that your her only client. Elizabeth walked me through the process and put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend!!!

Elizabeth Rodriguez Hernandez is a true professional and a loyal person. She's got ethics she sticks to. Many a time she stood up for us as well as her contacts.

She is super approachable. We went through many female realtors prior to her. All used their sexual appeal as part of their approach. Flirting and dressing in revealing outfits seemed to be the norm for these women. We felt very uncomfortable and disrespected by them. NOT ONCE did Elizabeth Rodriguez Hernandez do this. She used her brains, her spirit and her contacts to help us. She treated us with equal respect.

Another thing that she did was realize that even though I (the stay at home non working mom) was not the one with the loan /job etc) I was the guiding force on the purchase. My husband was happy with whatever I chose. All the other realtors we dealt with would leave me out completely even though my husband would repeatedly inform them they should deal with me. This shows Elizabeth Rodriguez Hernandez vast and acute observation skills. She got my role immediately and I never once felt excluded. I was allowed by her respect and communication with me as appropriate to guide this big event for my family in a surprisingly enjoyable manner. .
