Let me just start by saying; if you want to have success in buying a home THIS IS THE GUY TO CALL! We knew going into this that we were in a “sellers’ market” and that it would be difficult to buy a house, but we didn’t truly know how difficult it could be. From the beginning, Eric prepared us for what to face over a (free) consultation on a zoom call. It was amazing to have someone guide us from the start and outline a process that we had no experience in. When it was time to make moves (you have to be ready to act fast) we were more than prepared and ready to go. Even then, we had Eric by our side and things went smoothly with his experience and knowledge in real estate. Eric was there every step of the way when we put my moms house on the market.
