Erica was raised in Roberta, GA (it only has two traffic lights, by the way!) with three siblings. Erica entered the real estate industry four years ago after purchasing her first home. She set out to help buyers turn the dream of homeownership into a reality. As her career advanced, Erica found her stride working with buyers and began building relationships with new construction builders. She is an expert in New Construction Sales, Luxury Sellers & Buyers, Relocation, and Negotiation. Erica aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes great pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
