Am I glad I came across Erika Atwood while I was shopping for a house in Cedar City. Being out of state buyers, Erika made the process so painless. She is amazing to work with! She arranged a video walkthrough of a property we were interested in (which we purchased), but she also set us up with a lender. However, it was after the sale where everything really happened, and why I hold her in such high regard. Due to unforseen circumstances, we were unable to move into the property at the end of July as planned. I spoke to Erika as I was concerned about the property being vacant and the lovely garden getting overgrown. Erika would go to the house periodically to water the tomato plants. I didn't ask her to do this, she just did it. She arranged a gardener for me, a daughter of a friend of hers who was looking to make some pocket money and then lent her friends daughter her personal lawn mower to do the task. After some heavy rains Erika called and asked if she could access the house to ch
