Earlier this year my husband and I flew out to cedar city Utah, not knowing if this would be the place we wanted to retire to… I made an appointment with Toni Carl to take us around to see some properties…Toni did all her due diligence before we arrived and was ready to show us any and all properties that matched our criteria for a new home… Her and her husband spent the entire day with us filling us in on all things Utah and Cedar city living… The both of them were lovely and well informed realtors…in fact so lovely we decided to make a move out there permanently ..I dont know if that experience wasn’t as good as it was would we be making the move out there… so thank you very much Toni my new neighbor..
