I have over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker, serving the Bay Area and working with buyers and sellers in both the residential and commercial markets. With my additional experience as a CPA, I am able to deliver value-added expertise by helping clients make informed decisions regarding the various financial and investment aspects of real estate purchases and sales transactions. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, I continued to graduate school at the University of Southern California, where I earned a Master of Business Taxation. I possess extensive experience with sales requiring additional transactional support, including complex financial analysis, legal and title issues, foreclosure, short sales, and REOs. As a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize potential issues early in the transaction process and provide guidance and support to mitigate and help resolve these concerns.
