That is a memory I will carry in my heart for the rest of my life.

But this journey also carried a very personal emotion for me. I lost my mother, and although receiving the keys to our home was one of the happiest moments of my life, there was a part of my heart that wished she could have been standing there beside us. I would have loved for her to witness this beautiful accomplishment and share that moment with her grandchildren. I know God had other plans for her, and I trust His timing. Deep in my heart, I believe she would have been incredibly proud of us.

As I stood there holding those keys, I couldn’t help but think, “Mom, we did it. We’re home.”

Clifton was part of a moment that meant much more than purchasing a property. He helped us accomplish a dream filled with sacrifice, hard work, faith, and love for our family.

What started as a professional relationship became something much more meaningful. I gained not only an exceptional Realtor but also someone I sincerely respect and consider a friend.

I had a fantastic experience working with Treza to sell our home! She is a true real estate professional who worked tirelessly to sucessfully sell our home in a difficult marekt. Her communication skills and responsiveness are excellent. Treza personally held our home open every weekend unitl it was sold. Well done Treza! Before the home was listed she worked to get it into prime selling condition...even addressing the small things. It was a lot of work and she did it all. The home inspection was completed and all maintenance issues were addressed. We had the termite inspection done and all repairs completed. The sewer inspection and video were compelted. The home was then listed for sale. In the end, we had two buyers competing for our home. Both offers were non-contingent. The offer we accepted was all cash, over asking, non-contingent with a 5 day close. And it closed in 5 days! How was that possible?
