Genaro Duran was awesome. He worked very hard everyday. He immediately hired photographer take a bunch of pictures of the house inside and out, and put those on several different websites right away. He held many open houses, and drove by at least once a week to make sure the lawn company and and the pool company we're taking care of those items, and the house was being kept up and was staying secure. We have previously used Gennaro on a different real estate transaction, and he did a great job there also. I strongly encourage anyone considering a real estate transaction to contact Genaro Duran.

Genaro Duran was incredible. We had 10 acres of vacant undeveloped land that we wanted to sell. He came out to look at the land, had lots of photographs taken of it, and ask a lot of questions about it. I expected that it would take a couple of years at least to sell the land based on my own analysis and knowing how long it has been taking to sell land in that area. Genaro was able to get it sold in a couple of months. Unbelievable! I strongly recommend Genaro for your real estate needs, I will definitely be using him again when I sell my house in a couple of months.

Araceli helped me make an offer which didn't end up working out. We then talked about different options and the info she could find out. After that, I heard nothing. When I followed up, I got no response.
