Greg Tracy is an award-winning real estate agent recognized at local, state and national levels. With 25 years of experience, and with hard work, smart marketing, cutting-edge technology and a powerful professional network Greg has sold more than 2000 properties in northern Utah.

In 2006, Greg designed and built the first real estate website to ever use Google Maps to plot homes for sale. In 2008 Greg also began speaking on a national level, coaching real estate brokerages to use technology and training some of the most successful agents in the country.

Greg has also been a Managing Broker for Better Homes and Gardens, Prudential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Salt Lake, and a licensed real estate instructor.
