Hans’s eventual move to Southern California was precipitated when at a very young age he earned a notable record for helping clients of his family’s niche business realize the Swedish dream of owning the kind of property that was the Gravenstrale’s specialty – Sweden’s many castles, historic properties, and beautiful old, still operating, commercial farms. Its real estate legacy, assembled over Sweden’s 1,900 years of Monarchy, and key influence on human cultural and economic development.

Hans was precociously successful in generating and closing many deals involving Sweden’s special properties and special clients. That objective success showed he holds the skills required globally to make such transactions happen.

California’s warm climate, and large market of special properties, and special clients, beckoned to Hans, now the young man.

His auspicious start in California real estate owed in part to the network of California of private asset managers that he began building during his first flight to LAX. While picking up an American MBA Hans met the woman real estate assets manager who would become his wife. They now live with their two children in beautiful Southern California

Hollywood smiled on Hans from the star, rewarding his team with an Emmy nomination for the show, “Million Dollar Listing, New York.”
