Joy Denton

Joy Denton specializes in high-end residential sales. She joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 1997. A longtime resident of the Beverly Hills area, Joy is highly knowledgeable about homes in this region. Additionally, she specializes in the surrounding neighborhoods of the Westside, including Sunset Strip, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, and extending to the beaches.

Joy earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from Syracuse University in New York. Her educational background makes her uniquely qualified to advise clients regarding both the aesthetics of luxury properties and the potential for properties in need of renovation. Furthermore, she possesses a highly developed skill for helping her clients stage their homes for sale to maximize results.

Joy also has in-depth knowledge of the luxury condo market. She served as the Executive Director of Sales for Montage Residences Beverly Hills, where she achieved record-breaking sales.
