As a first time home buyer we were worried and weren’t confident about how the process works. We met up with Hector and he asked us what we were looking for nothing more nothing less. It made our options easier as he provided us with what we wanted and not what was quick to sell and move on. He had alot of patience with us and explained to us everything along the way step by step. He assured us that if any of our options needed to be negotiated for whatever reasons he would take care of it and for us to sit back and enjoy our day. We found our home and he explained to us the process and an estimate of a time line for each step. He fought for us to make sure everything was done right and completed as it should. He gave us his greatest efforts every step of the way and treated us as family. Now we have our new home and our journey begins.
