My name is Hector Martinez, born and raised in San Antonio, TX. I am an Army Veteran with over eight years of experience in real estate transactions. My main focus is working with sellers to price, list, and sell their homes in the most efficient and profitable way possible. Once a contract is written for a listing, I negotiate on behalf of the seller, aiming to obtain the best price in the least amount of time and under the best terms.
