When we started looking for an agent, our top priorities were experience in the field and previous record of sales in our community.

We were very impressed with Dean Aitken's appearance, professionalism, and experience. He talked with authority on the subject and presented information in a convincing manner. He even gave us suggestions about how to prepare the house for sale.

Dean found a buyer for our home in less than a week and their offer was very good. We also decided to hire him as our agent in the purchase of our new home. We found a home in a couple of days and Dean helped us in writing the offer.

We were impressed by his the attention to all details of the sale and purchase of the homes, dealing with the other agents, and dealing with our lender (who turned out to be a nightmare). But Dean was with us in every step of the process even when it appeared that we wouldn't get the loan and lose the home. He gave us the confidence and hope we needed to proceed.

In the end we sold our home and were able to move into our new home after 2 weeks. We are very grateful to Dean for his help.
