Christopher Beal was chosen by my hubby and I after interviewing a few realtors. We were new to San Antonio and were looking for someone who was responsive, knew the stress well and had great work ethic. The bonus was that he is a Veteran and was well versed on how to use our VA Loan.
Christopher took the time to go over pros and cons of each house we looked at and even brought up stuff we didn't think about. He didn't make me feel rushed, even though I'm sure we weren't his biggest client. He didn't just sell us a house and disappear. When I had questions after closing, he was there to answer just as efficiently as before.
