Julie is fantastic, if your are looking for an excellent negotiator that is attentive, knowledgable and hardworking look no further. We were living across the country while Julie previewed homes on video chat with us getting to know our likes and dislikes in a market with little fresh inventory. She was able to pick up on subtle cues that helped my husband and I focus on properties that would meet our needs. We did eventually start to view properties in person with Julie.
