Howie and Drew provided great assistance throughout 2021 while I was selling my marital home and buying a new one (while retiring, too, so had to do some fun financing backflips on both deals). They were both knowledgeable and available, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (in fact, I have)!!!

Phil was our broker for our transitioning from Florida back to Michigan. He listened to what we would like to have in our new home and what we didn't want. He also helped expedite our closing so we weren't inconvenienced too much during our move. Will defiantly choose PB Realty and Phil if we decide to make another move.
