We were so beyond blessed to have crossed paths with Ida. Our journey started out moving from Hawaii to WA. At first we tried to buy without any help and we found that to be extremely difficult. I would recommend her to my best friends, parents, anybody. And, when it’s time to rent or sell the home she helped us buy here in Bremerton, I will call her without hesitation. One example of her above and beyond - we bought a new build in July that would be finished in November. I was still stationed in San Diego during that time. Ida visited the build site once or twice a month and sent us a video of the progress. We didn’t ask her to do that but were very pleasantly surprised after receiving the first video. First time home buyer here and Ida was Amazing!! Anytime we wanted to take a look or needed info on a property she would set it up or take a look for us. Also was great working with someone who didn’t pressure you into buying something you don’t really want. We were buying in a very competitive market but she coached us on some great tactics to get our offer accepted. It took us a few offers to finally get something but wouldn’t of changed a thing.
