Shelton had 14 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 15—up 36.36% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
Of those 15 active listings, 13.33% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Shelton grew 3.29% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $392,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 30 days, compared to 45 days in April 2024.
