More importantly, she really understands who you are and what it is you are looking for and deftly navigates around all impediments to make sure you get what you need, even if you are not sure what that something is. I literally cannot count the number of times she went way out of her way to make sure that something was done right. She spent countless hours searching, communicating, commuting, accessing her contacts, investigating, and getting to know me and my family. I really feel like I made a friend for life, heck, we're inviting her to our housewarming party, and I feel like she was honestly as happy that we found our dream home (thanks to her) as we were.
